About
Johan de Kam, PhD, is an expert at bringing people together to work through the problems that matter most to organisations.
His work has included award winning senior leadership development programmes, bespoke cross-industry collaboration work, and commissioned research. Clients bring him in when they need someone who can hold both the intellectual rigour and the practical realities of complex organisational changes.
Alongside his consulting work, Johan is an Industry Fellow at Aston Business School, where he leads MSc Leadership & Organisational Development programmes and teaches on their MBA. He holds a PhD from the University of Warwick, where his research examined how knowledge flows and networked problem-solving takes place in the context of disruption to global talent mobility.
